What does Angela Clair charge to manage a sale?

Our fees are variable on the closing price. The exact rate depends on property value and legal complexity; it is agreed in writing before the mandate is signed. No tie-in period and no upfront costs.

Do you work outside Barcelona city?

Yes. We work across Barcelona city and the full metropolitan area: L'Hospitalet, Badalona, Santa Coloma, Sant Adria, Esplugues, Sant Just Desvern, Sant Joan Despi, Cornella, Castelldefels, Gava, Viladecans, Sant Cugat, Cerdanyola and nearby municipalities. For institutional investment and industrial land we cover the whole province.

My property is from an inheritance not yet awarded, can you help?

Yes. We coordinate with notary and lawyer, organise the heirs' documentation and design the sale or partition strategy. If the property needs light refurbishment or clearing, we manage it.

Do you work with non-resident investors in Spain?

We work with European and non-EU investors, including NIE filing, an operational bank account and tax support via an associated firm.

What if I sign the mandate and then I find the buyer myself?

The mandate is always signed with exclusivity limited in time and area. If the situation changes, we talk it through in writing and update it. We never lock an owner in against their will.
